Your data is better organised than the cold room on a Saturday night.

Schedules, hours, wages, sales: what you entrust to Popote is protected, backed up, and stays yours.

Popote's servers are in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).

Each restaurant has its own installation and its own database: your data is never mixed with anyone else's.

A copy every day, kept for 30 days on the server and 90 days in separate storage.

Management access is protected by a one-time code, on top of the password.

An employee sees their schedule and their hours; a chef, their area; wages and figures stay with management.

Every important change is recorded in the history: who, what, when.

Schedules, hours, products, sales: everything can be exported (PDF, spreadsheet), and you can ask for it to be deleted.

Each type of data has its own retention period (reservations, messages, history…), which you can adjust; after that, it is anonymised or deleted.
